Is renting out space on my own land legal?＋
Small-scale rental on existing hard surfaces (driveway, farmyard, gravel) is generally permitted in both Sweden and Norway. AirCamp builds in guidance per municipality, and you are always responsible for your address — max three pitches per property.
What does it cost?＋
Listing is free. AirCamp takes a 15% commission on the base price when you get a booking — no booking, no cost.
How do I get paid?＋
Guests pay through AirCamp (Vipps, Swish, MobilePay, cards and more via Stripe), and the payout goes to your account automatically after check-in.
Do I need to be home?＋
No. You decide how available you want to be — many hosts simply send the gate code and parking instructions automatically.
